The AI-native platform
Every Ikigai program runs onone platform: LEAP.
It is what lets us teach a Tier-2 beginner in Lucknow and run a national enterprise rollout on the same rails — and report both to the person who signed for them.
Programs certified by E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur (MeitY, Govt. of India)
Why a platform at all
“Any programme is good in its first cohort. The question is the fiftieth.”
Training normally scales by adding people, and quality leaks out at every hand-off — a syllabus drifts, a batch falls behind quietly, and nobody finds out until the review meeting. LEAP holds the standard in software instead of in someone's head, so the fiftieth cohort is run the way the first one was.
L · E · A · P
Four things the platform has to do.
Learn
Personalised, adaptive learning on a Bloom's-taxonomy skill model, so a cohort is taught at the level it is actually at.
Execute
AI-powered delivery that runs from the first lesson through to a deployed use case, not a certificate of attendance.
Accelerate
Scale across academic and enterprise cohorts at once, with the same quality bar holding at volume.
Perpetuate
Institutional memory built in — every cohort leaves the organisation more capable than it found it.
The LEAP operating system
A platform waits to be opened. An operating system runs the institution.
One system. Every stakeholder. A higher outcome. LEAP goes beyond content and dashboards — it is an always-on counterpart that understands your institution, reaches you where you are, and drives better learning outcomes every day.
Leadership
See the institution as a living learning system.

How it works
Syllabus in. Lessons out. Every session accounted for.
LEAP is not a video library with a login. It takes the curriculum you already committed to and carries it all the way through to the report you have to defend.
Your syllabus goes in
Upload the curriculum you already approved — a university syllabus, a PSU competency framework — and LEAP maps it into the units and topics it will track against. Nothing gets taught that is not on the sheet you signed.
Lesson content comes out
LEAP drafts the teaching material against that syllabus, pitched at the level the cohort is actually at. Faculty edit and approve a draft instead of starting from a blank page — which is where most of a programme's setup time goes.
Delivery is tracked as it happens
Attendance, session-by-session progress against the syllabus, and per-learner mastery unit by unit. A batch that is slipping shows up in the week it slips, not in the review meeting three months later.
The report assembles itself
NPS, completion, mastery and outcomes per institution — built out of the delivery record as it accumulates, rather than reconstructed from memory and a spreadsheet the week before the board meets.
Reporting to leadership
An L&D head and a Vice-Chancellor get the same rigour.
After every cohort, the person who signed for the programme receives a report they can take to a board — not a spreadsheet of attendance and a photograph of the closing ceremony.
Cohort × unit mastery
Every learner tracked unit by unit, so a batch cannot fall behind quietly.

One platform, four verticals
The same rails, four different audiences.
What changes between them is who is being trained and what has to be reported afterwards. The platform underneath does not.
